POSSIBLE TRAIL PROJECT IN COLORADO FOR 2006
Recently, while having an informal discussion with some trail enthusiasts here in Colorado Springs, I was asked if the NSA trail maintenance volunteers would be interested in building a bridge similar to this one next summer. Apparently there is trail somewhere in central Colorado that requires decending into a steep canyon and then a long climb back up to get to the other side. Obviously a challenging project but a reasonable request for the NSA trail crew. The good news is that there are plenty of rocks in the area.
